The event is focused on bringing people to DeKalb’s downtown area and is put on by a group of DeKalb business owners.
“We think we need to get some events going as a group, to get people to come downtown,” said Lauren Woods, owner of CrackerJax. “It really helps synergy to have a group of shops participate.”
Participating businesses including Urban Grace, CrackerJax, Carters and My Favorite Things will offer things such as small bites, sales and a group raffle, Woods said.
“You always want more customers to come out,” she said. “We felt like we needed something in addition to what is going on at the Chamber.”
